Verify News is a news aggregation and verification platform that cross-references news stories across multiple third-party sources and provides credibility indicators based on source coverage breadth and consistency. The Service is available as a mobile application (iOS and Android) and as a web application.

Verify News does not produce original journalism. All news content displayed is sourced from publicly available third-party RSS feeds and news APIs. Credibility scores are algorithmic indicators and do not constitute editorial judgments.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Verify News. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

If you create an account with Verify News, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
• Providing accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Verify News aggregates content from third-party news sources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Links to third-party articles are provided for informational purposes only.

Third-party sources are independent entities. Their content, editorial standards, and accuracy are their own responsibility. Verify News makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content.

The Verify News platform, including its design, software, algorithms, branding, and original content, is owned by Verify News and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Third-party news content displayed within the Service remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers and is subject to their terms and licenses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VERIFY NEWS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any information obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Credibility scores will be accurate or complete in all cases.

Credibility scores are algorithmic indicators based on source coverage data and should not be relied upon as definitive determinations of factual accuracy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIFY NEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
